We strive for our customer's complete satisfaction and we will do whatever it takes ensure that each of our customers is satisfied with the quality of our embroidery designs. Due to the nature of embroidery software, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please, before placing an order, try at least one of our free designs to see our quality and check your capabilities. Each of the embroidery designs that we offer on our site have been hand digitized by experienced professionals. All designs have been test stitched a number of times prior to being offered for sale. However, we will provide unlimited technical support if you encounter any problems.We guarantee only the quality of the files and formats we provide.If you purchase our designs for conversion or re sizing, then you do so at your own risk. We are not responsible for the quality of the converted or re sized files or failure to convert or to re size them.
Archiving sales and account records
If you don't manually download and archive your acquired items within 90 days after they've been sold to you,all record of the purchased designs will automatically be deleted from your account.The order can be restored on request one time only and you will have 24 hours to download the design.

Note:All the free designs are deleted from the account after 60 days.
